Andreas Meyer is a Certified Focal Point Business and Executive Coach based in Wolfegg, Baden-Württemberg, working with business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams at mid-sized manufacturing, engineering, and technology-driven companies navigating transformation, market pressure, and organisational complexity.
Before becoming a coach, Andreas spent more than 25 years in industrial leadership, operations, process engineering, and technology development. He held senior roles in publishing and toy manufacturing, including Head of Global Process Engineering, where he led international innovation, industrialisation, and process harmonisation across Europe and Asia. He later served as CTO of a sustainable materials start-up, building technical organisations, supplier structures, and scalable production processes.
A defining example of his work was a €12 million automation and industrialisation programme, where technical, commercial, and organisational perspectives had to be aligned to achieve measurable results. That experience taught him that sustainable change depends not only on strategy and processes, but on trust, clarity, shared responsibility, and connecting the right people and expertise. Throughout his career, Andreas has worked at the intersection of engineering, business, strategy, and organisational transformation.
Andreas is especially strong at helping owners, CEOs, and leadership teams navigate situations in which a successful business is reaching the limits of its existing markets, structures, or ways of working. This includes market disruption, dependency on key customers, stalled transformation or innovation initiatives, unclear roles and decision-making, siloed functions, and the challenge of translating proven technical and operational capabilities into new markets or scalable business opportunities. He connects strategy, people, processes, and technology, creates clarity and shared responsibility, and helps organisations move from discussion and daily firefighting to practical implementation and measurable results.
Andreas's Coaching Philosophy
Andreas's philosophy is grounded in Imagineering: connecting imagination with systemic thinking and real-world execution.
He believes sustainable change cannot be imposed through ready-made answers or tighter control. It begins by creating enough clarity, trust, and stability for people to question established assumptions, recognise the values, strengths, and risks already present in the organisation, and explore where these capabilities could create new value. He works systemically and values-oriented, looking at the whole organisation rather than isolated individuals or symptoms.
His role is to connect the right people, perspectives, and expertise, and to help translate new possibilities into clear decisions, practical structures, and measurable action. The aim is never to make clients dependent on him, but to strengthen their ability to think, decide, and act together especially when pressure increases and established solutions no longer work.
Why Andreas Coaches
Andreas coaches because his career taught him where transformation genuinely succeeds and where it stalls. It is whether trust, clarity, and shared responsibility exist within the leadership team, and whether decisions are translated into consistent implementation. He works with successful businesses that know they need to change but are unclear where to start.
His work is most effective with leaders who are willing to question established assumptions, take shared responsibility, and turn decisions into practical action.
